In this policy we set out details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website.
2. Shipping Charges
All orders will be subject to delivery charges as detailed in Section 5.
3. Geographical limitations
Nationally we will usually be able to deliver to all countries in Mainland United Kingdom. Please get in touch if you are based in Northern Ireland.
We can also ship our products to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States.
We would be happy to quote shipping costs if you are based in a country other than those above.

4. Delivery methods and periods
The time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:
if your delivery address is in Mainland United Kingdom, the typical period for delivery of products is Next Day delivery.
if your delivery address is in countries other than the United Kingdom, the typical period for delivery of products is 3 to 7 days.
We will ship your order within 24 hours. These time periods run from from the time of placing the order to the close of business on the next following working day. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched.
The delivery periods set out in this Section are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
5. Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.
Delivery charges are as follows:
in the United Kingdom mainland delivery charges will be £8.99.
Shipping to the USA is £27.89. Delivery time is between 3 and 6 days.

6. Delivery tracking
Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products.
To track your delivery, enter your tracking reference (which is provided in your order confirmation email) into our delivery service provider's website here: https://www.dpdlocal-online.co.uk/tracking.
7. Receipt and signature
All deliveries need to be received in person at the delivery address and a signature will be required.
Our delivery service provider will notify you in advance of attempting to make a delivery.
8. Additional deliveries
If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least 1 more attempt to deliver the your order.
If your order remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least 1 more attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.
10. Delivery problems
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your order, and such non-delivery is not due to an error on our part or our delivery service provider, and you do not collect your order from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we will gladly arrange for re-delivery; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery.
To minimize the occurrence of a failure to deliver, please:
make sure you provide a complete and correct address for delivery;
make sure that the address for delivery is reasonably accessible;
make sure that there is a person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
